Verily, those who disbelieve, it is the same to them whether you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe.

1. The Prophet ﷺ had a strong desire that everyone should become Muslim, and accordingly, he ﷺ would make efforts, but Allah Almighty said that faith is not destined for them. These are those few specific people upon whose hearts a seal has been set (such as Abu Jahl and Abu Lahab, etc.), otherwise, countless people became Muslim through the Prophet’s ﷺ invitation and preaching, until the entire Arabian Peninsula came under the shade of Islam’s compassion.
