Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
This is the Book (the Qur’ân), whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are Al-Muttaqûn [the pious believers of Islamic Monotheism who fear Allâh much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He has forbidden) and love Allâh much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained)].

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan — Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf
Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
1. There is no doubt in its being sent down from Allah, as stated elsewhere (تَنْزِيْلُالْكِتٰبِلَارَيْبَفِيْهِمِنْرَّبِّالْعٰلَمِيْنَ) 32:2. Moreover, there is no doubt about the truthfulness of the events mentioned in it, nor about the authenticity of the rulings and matters explained in it.
2. Although this divine book has been revealed for the guidance and direction of all mankind, only those will benefit from this fountain of grace who are seekers of the water of life and filled with the fear of Allah. Those who have no sense of accountability before Allah after death, nor any concern for it, and who lack the desire for guidance or the urge to avoid misguidance, how and from where can they attain guidance?
