Surah Al-Baqara (2) — Ayah 193

وَقَـٰتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ لِلَّهِ ۖ فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوْا۟ فَلَا عُدْوَٰنَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ﴿193﴾
And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allâh) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allâh (Alone). But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zâlimûn (the polytheists, and wrong-doers)
وَقَـٰتِلُوهُمْ waqātilūhum And fight (against) them
حَتَّىٰ ḥattā until
لَا not
تَكُونَ takūna (there) is
فِتْنَةٌۭ fit'natun oppression
وَيَكُونَ wayakūna and becomes
ٱلدِّينُ l-dīnu the religion
لِلَّهِ ۖ lillahi for Allah
فَإِنِ fa-ini Then if
ٱنتَهَوْا۟ intahaw they cease
فَلَا falā then (let there be) no
عُدْوَٰنَ ʿud'wāna hostility
إِلَّا illā except
عَلَى ʿalā against
ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ l-ẓālimīna the oppressors
