Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

98. 1. The meaning of "ihsas" is to obtain information through the senses. That is, can you see them with your eyes or touch them with your hands? The question is rhetorical. That is, their existence is not even present in the world so that you could see or touch them, or even hear the faintest sound from them anywhere. Multiple reasons have been mentioned for the acceptance of Islam by Hazrat Umar (ra). In some narrations of history and biography, listening to Surah Taha at his sister and brother-in-law's house and being affected by it is also mentioned. (Fath al-Qadeer)
