سُوْرَةُ مَرْيَمَ
Surah Maryam (19) — Ayah 54
وَٱذْكُرْ فِى ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ إِسْمَـٰعِيلَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ صَادِقَ ٱلْوَعْدِ وَكَانَ رَسُولًا نَّبِيًّا ﴿54﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
And mention in the Book (the Qur’ân) Ismâ‘îl (Ishmael). Verily he was true to what he promised, and he was a Messenger, (and) a Prophet.

54. 1 That is, among the countless types of produce, some things are provisions for your food, pleasure, and comfort, and some are for your cattle and animals.
54. 2 اُولُو النُّھَیٰ — people of intellect. Intellect is called نُھْبَۃ and an intelligent person is called ذُوْ نُھْیَۃٍ, because ultimately matters conclude upon their opinion, or because they restrain the self from sins (Fath al-Qadeer).
