Surah Al-Kahf (18) — Ayah 61

فَلَمَّا بَلَغَا مَجْمَعَ بَيْنِهِمَا نَسِيَا حُوتَهُمَا فَٱتَّخَذَ سَبِيلَهُۥ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ سَرَبًا ﴿61﴾
But when they reached the junction of the two seas, they forgot their fish, and it took its way through the sea as in a tunnel.
فَلَمَّا falammā But when
بَلَغَا balaghā they reached
مَجْمَعَ majmaʿa the junction
بَيْنِهِمَا baynihimā between them
نَسِيَا nasiyā they forgot
حُوتَهُمَا ḥūtahumā their fish
فَٱتَّخَذَ fa-ittakhadha and it took
سَبِيلَهُۥ sabīlahu its way
فِى into
ٱلْبَحْرِ l-baḥri the sea
سَرَبًۭا saraban slipping away
