سُوْرَةُ الْكَهْفِ
Surah Al-Kahf (18) — Ayah 51
۞ مَّآ أَشْهَدتُّهُمْ خَلْقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا خَلْقَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا كُنتُ مُتَّخِذَ ٱلْمُضِلِّينَ عَضُدًا ﴿51﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
I (Allâh) made them (Iblîs and his offspring) not to witness (nor took their help in) the creation of the heavens and the earth and not (even) their own creation, nor was I (Allâh) to take the misleaders as helpers.

51. 1. That is, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and in their management, and even in the creation of the devils themselves, We did not take any help from them or from any one of them; in fact, they were not even present at that time. Then why do you worship or obey this devil and his progeny? And why do you avoid My worship and obedience? When they are created beings and I am the Creator of all of them.
51. 2. And, hypothetically, even if I were to take someone as a helper, how could I take them, when they mislead My servants and prevent them from My Paradise and My pleasure?
