Surah Al-Kahf (18) — Ayah 49

وَوُضِعَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبُ فَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ مُشْفِقِينَ مِمَّا فِيهِ وَيَقُولُونَ يَـٰوَيْلَتَنَا مَالِ هَـٰذَا ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ لَا يُغَادِرُ صَغِيرَةً وَلَا كَبِيرَةً إِلَّآ أَحْصَىٰهَا ۚ وَوَجَدُوا۟ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ حَاضِرًا ۗ وَلَا يَظْلِمُ رَبُّكَ أَحَدًا ﴿49﴾
And the Book (one’s Record) will be placed (in the right hand for a believer in the Oneness of Allâh, and in the left hand for a disbeliever in the Oneness of Allâh), and you will see the Mujrimûn (criminals, polytheists, sinners), fearful of that which is (recorded) therein. They will say: "Woe to us! What sort of Book is this that leaves neither a small thing nor a big thing, but has recorded it with numbers!" And they will find all that they did, placed before them, and your Lord treats no one with injustice.
وَوُضِعَ wawuḍiʿa And (will) be placed
ٱلْكِتَـٰبُ l-kitābu the Book
فَتَرَى fatarā and you will see
ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ l-muj'rimīna the criminals
مُشْفِقِينَ mush'fiqīna fearful
مِمَّا mimmā of what
فِيهِ fīhi (is) in it
وَيَقُولُونَ wayaqūlūna and they will say
يَـٰوَيْلَتَنَا yāwaylatanā Oh, woe to us
مَالِ māli What (is) for
هَـٰذَا hādhā this
ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ l-kitābi [the] Book
لَا not
يُغَادِرُ yughādiru leaves
صَغِيرَةًۭ ṣaghīratan a small
وَلَا walā and not
كَبِيرَةً kabīratan a great
إِلَّآ illā except
أَحْصَىٰهَا ۚ aḥṣāhā has enumerated it
وَوَجَدُوا۟ wawajadū And they will find
مَا what
عَمِلُوا۟ ʿamilū they did
حَاضِرًۭا ۗ ḥāḍiran presented
وَلَا walā And not
يَظْلِمُ yaẓlimu deals unjustly
رَبُّكَ rabbuka your Lord
أَحَدًۭا aḥadan (with) anyone
