إِنَّهُمْ إِن يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَيْكُمْ يَرْجُمُوكُمْ أَوْ يُعِيدُوكُمْ فِى مِلَّتِهِمْ وَلَن تُفْلِحُوٓا۟ إِذًا أَبَدًا ﴿20﴾
"For, if they come to know of you, they will stone you (to death or abuse and harm you) or turn you back to their religion; and in that case you will never be successful."
إِنَّهُمْ innahum Indeed, [they]

That is, for the success of the Hereafter for which we endured hardship and difficulty, it is obvious that if the people of the city force us and make us return to the ancestral religion, then our real objective will be lost, our efforts will also be wasted, and we will belong neither to religion nor to the world.
