وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ خُشُوعًا ۩ ﴿109﴾
And they fall down on their faces weeping and it increases their humility.
وَيَخِرُّونَ wayakhirrūna And they fall
لِلْأَذْقَانِ lil'adhqāni on their faces
يَبْكُونَ yabkūna weeping
وَيَزِيدُهُمْ wayazīduhum and it increases them
خُشُوعًۭا ۩ khushūʿan (in) humility

The mention of falling in prostration upon their chins is repeated, because the first prostration was for the glorification of Allah and as gratitude, and after hearing the Quran, the awe and tenderness that overcame them, and the extent to which they were affected by its impact and miraculous nature, caused them to fall in prostration once again.
