Surah An-Nahl (16) — Ayah 65

وَٱللَّهُ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَآ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَسْمَعُونَ ﴿65﴾
And Allâh sends down water (rain) from the sky, then He revives the earth therewith after its death. Verily, in this is a sign (clear proof) for people who listen (obey Allâh).
وَٱللَّهُ wal-lahu And Allah
أَنزَلَ anzala has sent down
مِنَ mina from
ٱلسَّمَآءِ l-samāi the sky
مَآءًۭ māan water
فَأَحْيَا fa-aḥyā then gives life
بِهِ bihi by it
ٱلْأَرْضَ l-arḍa (to) the earth
بَعْدَ baʿda after
مَوْتِهَآ ۚ mawtihā its death
إِنَّ inna Indeed
فِى in
ذَٰلِكَ dhālika that
لَـَٔايَةًۭ laāyatan (is) surely a Sign
لِّقَوْمٍۢ liqawmin for a people
يَسْمَعُونَ yasmaʿūna who listen
