Surah An-Nahl (16) — Ayah 22

إِلَـٰهُكُمْ إِلَـٰهٌ وَٰحِدٌ ۚ فَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مُّنكِرَةٌ وَهُم مُّسْتَكْبِرُونَ ﴿22﴾
Your Ilâh[2] (God) is One Ilâh (God - Allâh, none has the right to be worshipped but He). But for those who believe not in the Hereafter, their hearts deny (the faith in the Oneness of Allâh), and they are proud.[3]
إِلَـٰهُكُمْ ilāhukum Your god
إِلَـٰهٌۭ ilāhun (is) God
وَٰحِدٌۭ ۚ wāḥidun One
فَٱلَّذِينَ fa-alladhīna But those who
لَا (do) not
يُؤْمِنُونَ yu'minūna believe
بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ bil-ākhirati in the Hereafter
قُلُوبُهُم qulūbuhum their hearts
مُّنكِرَةٌۭ munkiratun refuse
وَهُم wahum and they
مُّسْتَكْبِرُونَ mus'takbirūna (are) arrogant

22. 1. That is, believing in one Allah is very difficult for the deniers and polytheists. They say, "Has he made all the gods into one God? This is indeed a strange thing." At another place it is stated that when only Allah is mentioned, the hearts of those who deny the Hereafter become constricted, and when other gods besides Allah are mentioned, they become happy.
