سُوْرَةُ اِبْرَاهِيْمَ
Surah Ibrahim (14) — Ayah 33
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ دَآئِبَيْنِ ۖ وَسَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ ﴿33﴾

And He has made the sun and the moon, both constantly pursuing their courses, to be of service to you; and He has made the night and the day, to be of service to you.

33. 1 That is, they continue moving constantly, never stopping, neither at night nor during the day. Moreover, they follow one another, but there is never any mutual collision or clash between them.
33. 2 Night and day, their mutual difference continues; sometimes the night takes a part of the day and becomes longer, and sometimes the day takes a part of the night and becomes longer. And this process has been ongoing since the beginning of the universe; not even an atom's difference has occurred in it.
