Surah Ar-Ra'd (13) — Ayah 35

۞ مَّثَلُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِى وُعِدَ ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ ۖ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۖ أُكُلُهَا دَآئِمٌ وَظِلُّهَا ۚ تِلْكَ عُقْبَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوا۟ ۖ وَّعُقْبَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٱلنَّارُ ﴿35﴾
The description of the Paradise which the Muttaqûn (the pious - See V.2:2) have been promised: Underneath it rivers flow, its provision is eternal and so is its shade; this is the end (final destination) of the Muttaqûn (the pious - See V.2:2), and the end (final destination) of the disbelievers is Fire. (See Verse 47:15)
۞ مَّثَلُ mathalu The example
ٱلْجَنَّةِ l-janati of Paradise
ٱلَّتِى allatī which
وُعِدَ wuʿida (is) promised
ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ ۖ l-mutaqūna (to) the righteous
تَجْرِى tajrī flows
مِن min from
تَحْتِهَا taḥtihā underneath it
ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۖ l-anhāru the rivers
أُكُلُهَا ukuluhā Its food
دَآئِمٌۭ dāimun (is) everlasting
وَظِلُّهَا ۚ waẓilluhā and its shade
تِلْكَ til'ka This
عُقْبَى ʿuq'bā (is the) end
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna of those who
ٱتَّقَوا۟ ۖ ittaqaw (are) righteous
وَّعُقْبَى waʿuq'bā and (the) end
ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ l-kāfirīna (of) the disbelievers
ٱلنَّارُ l-nāru (is) the Fire

35. 1. Along with the evil end of the disbelievers, the good end of the believers has been mentioned so that desire and eagerness for attaining Paradise may be created. At this point, Imam Ibn Kathir has mentioned hadiths comprising the blessings, pleasures, and special qualities of Paradise. These can be seen there.
