Surah Yusuf (12) — Ayah 79

قَالَ مَعَاذَ ٱللَّهِ أَن نَّأْخُذَ إِلَّا مَن وَجَدْنَا مَتَـٰعَنَا عِندَهُۥٓ إِنَّآ إِذًا لَّظَـٰلِمُونَ ﴿79﴾
He said: "Allâh forbid, that we should take anyone but him with whom we found our property. Indeed (if we did so), we should be Zâlimûn (wrong-doers)."
قَالَ qāla He said
مَعَاذَ maʿādha Allah forbid
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi Allah forbid
أَن an that
نَّأْخُذَ nakhudha we take
إِلَّا illā except
مَن man (one) who
وَجَدْنَا wajadnā we found
مَتَـٰعَنَا matāʿanā our possession
عِندَهُۥٓ ʿindahu with him
إِنَّآ innā Indeed, we
إِذًۭا idhan then
لَّظَـٰلِمُونَ laẓālimūna surely (would be) wrongdoers
