إِلَـٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ ﴿3﴾
"The Ilâh (God) of mankind,
إِلَـٰهِ ilāhi (The) God
ٱلنَّاسِ l-nāsi (of) mankind

3. 1. And the One who is the Lord of all the worlds, the sovereignty over the entire universe belongs to Him alone, He alone is worthy of being worshipped and He alone is the deity of all people. Therefore, I seek refuge in that Great and Exalted Being alone.
