ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ ﴿4﴾
(He) Who has fed them against hunger, and has made them safe from fear.
ٱلَّذِىٓ alladhī The One Who
أَطْعَمَهُم aṭʿamahum feeds them
مِّن min [from]
جُوعٍۢ jūʿin (against) hunger
وَءَامَنَهُم waāmanahum and gives them security
مِّنْ min from
خَوْفٍۭ khawfin fear
