فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّأْكُولٍۭ ﴿5﴾
And He made them like (an empty field of) stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle).
فَجَعَلَهُمْ fajaʿalahum Then He made them
كَعَصْفٍۢ kaʿaṣfin like straw
مَّأْكُولٍۭ makūlin eaten up
