Jonas · Meccan · Juz 11 · Page 216

No doubt! Verily, to Allâh belongs whosoever is in the heavens and whosoever is in the earth. And those who worship and invoke others besides Allâh, in fact they follow not (Allâh’s so-called) partners, they follow only a conjecture and they only invent lies.
أَلَآ alā No doubt
إِنَّ inna Indeed

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

66. 1. That is, associating anyone with Allah is not based on any evidence, but merely on conjecture, assumption, and the fabrication of opinions and analogies. Even today, if a person uses his faculties of intellect and understanding in the correct manner, it can certainly become clear to him that Allah has no partner. Just as He is unique in the creation of the heavens and the earth and has no partner in it, then how can anyone else be His partner in worship?
