وَمِنْهُم مَّن يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦ وَمِنْهُم مَّن لَّا يُؤْمِنُ بِهِۦ ۚ وَرَبُّكَ أَعْلَمُ بِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ ﴿40﴾
And of them there are some who believe therein; and of them there are some who believe not therein, and your Lord is All-Aware of the Mufsidûn (evil-doers, liars).
وَمِنْهُم wamin'hum And of them
مَّن man (is one) who
يُؤْمِنُ yu'minu believes
بِهِۦ bihi in it
وَمِنْهُم wamin'hum and of them
مَّن man (is one) who
لَّا (does) not
يُؤْمِنُ yu'minu believe
بِهِۦ ۚ bihi in it
وَرَبُّكَ warabbuka And your Lord
أَعْلَمُ aʿlamu (is) All-Knower
بِٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ bil-muf'sidīna of the corrupters

40. 1. He knows well who is deserving of guidance; He bestows guidance upon him, and who is deserving of misguidance, for him He opens wide the path of misguidance. He is Just, there is no doubt in any of His actions. Whatever a person is deserving of, He grants him accordingly.
