عَلَيْهِمْ نَارٌ مُّؤْصَدَةٌۢ ﴿20﴾
The Fire will be shut over them (i.e. they will be enveloped by the Fire without any opening or window or outlet.
عَلَيْهِمْ ʿalayhim Over them
نَارٌۭ nārun (will be the) Fire
مُّؤْصَدَةٌۢ mu'ṣadatun closed in

20. 1. That is, they will be thrown into the Fire and enclosed from all sides so that, firstly, they experience the full intensity and heat of the Fire, and secondly, they will not be able to escape anywhere by running away.

20. For them is a Fire which will be closed in on them from every side. [14]

[14] And those who deny Allah, the Hereafter, and the signs of Allah, these are the people who, as a result of their evil deeds, will be seized. Their book of deeds will also be handed to them behind their backs in their left hand, and they will be thrown into Hell bound in chains and shackles, and all the gates of Hell will be closed upon them.
