يُبَشِّرُهُمْ رَبُّهُم بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنْهُ وَرِضْوَٰنٍ وَجَنَّـٰتٍ لَّهُمْ فِيهَا نَعِيمٌ مُّقِيمٌ ﴿21﴾
Their Lord gives them glad tidings of Mercy from Him, and His being pleased (with them), and of Gardens (Paradise) for them wherein are everlasting delights.

(Ayah22,21) {يُبَشِّرُهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنْهُ … : ’’ بِرَحْمَةٍ ‘‘} and {’’ رِضْوَانٍ ‘‘} have tanween for the purpose of magnification. Now, who can estimate the mercy and pleasure that Allah Himself is declaring as special from Himself and as great? In the next verse, He has again called it a great reward. When the Master Himself is pleased with these people and is giving them the glad tidings of His mercy and Paradise, then those who speak against them should be ashamed to death, if they have even a bit of honor and modesty. Otherwise, they should straightforwardly repent from their rudeness and insolence and accept the status that Allah and His Messenger have given them. Remember that the sequence of faith, jihad, and migration will continue until the Day of Judgment, and all those mujahideen are included in this virtue who will attain this honor. Abu Hayyan said that Allah has mentioned three qualities of the people of faith: faith, migration, and jihad with wealth and life. In comparison, He has mentioned three rewards: in return for faith, mercy, because it is attained only through faith and is the most general; in return for jihad with life and wealth, pleasure, which is the ultimate in good treatment from anyone; and in return for migration, that is, for leaving one's homeland, Paradise, which is the home of eternal residence.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. The Reward for Faith, Jihad, and Migration: Mercy, Allah's Pleasure, and Paradise

In the preceding verse, three things were mentioned: faith, jihad, and migration. For these three deeds, three types of glad tidings were given: mercy, Allah's pleasure, and eternal residence in Paradise. Some scholars have established this relationship between the deeds and their rewards: Allah's mercy will be due to faith, because in the Hereafter, Allah's mercy and kindness will be only upon the one who has faith; and Ridwan, or Allah's pleasure, will be in return for jihad, because just as sacrificing one's life and wealth in the way of Allah is the best of all deeds, likewise, the greatest blessing of Paradise is Allah's pleasure, as is proven by numerous authentic hadiths. And in return for migration, they will be granted eternal residence in Paradise. They left their beloved homeland for the sake of Allah, so in return, they will be given a homeland better than their own, a house better than their own house, in which there will be every kind of blessing, and there will never be any question of leaving or losing that house.
