إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ ﴿13﴾
Verily, He it is Who begins (punishment) and repeats (punishment in the Hereafter) (or originates the creation of everything, and then repeats it on the Day of Resurrection).
إِنَّهُۥ innahu Indeed He
هُوَ huwa He
يُبْدِئُ yub'di-u originates
وَيُعِيدُ wayuʿīdu and repeats

(Ayah 13){ اِنَّهٗ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَ يُعِيْدُ:} Do not think that just because you were not held accountable for your oppression and tyranny in this world, you will not be held accountable after death as well.
