ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ ﴿7﴾
Who created you, fashioned you perfectly, and gave you due proportion.

فَسَوَّىٰكَ fasawwāka then fashioned you
فَعَدَلَكَ faʿadalaka then balanced you
