Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 19){ يَوْمَلَاتَمْلِكُنَفْسٌلِّنَفْسٍشَيْـًٔا … :} In the world, apparently, people have some ownership and to some extent the power to benefit or harm, but on the Day of Resurrection, no one except Allah will have any authority, ownership, or rule, as He said: « لِمَنِالْمُلْكُالْيَوْمَلِلّٰهِالْوَاحِدِالْقَهَّارِ»[المؤمن : ۱۶ ] "To whom belongs the dominion today? To Allah alone, the One, the All-Powerful." As for intercession, that too will not be in anyone's control, rather only the one whom Allah permits will be able to do so, as He said: « مَنْذَاالَّذِيْيَشْفَعُعِنْدَهٗۤاِلَّابِاِذْنِهٖ»[ البقرۃ : ۲۵۵] "Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission?" See also the commentary of Surah Naba, verse (38).

The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
19. 1. That is, in this world, Allah has temporarily, as a test, given human beings some authority with certain differences in degree. But on the Day of Resurrection, all authority will belong solely and exclusively to Allah.
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
19. The Day when no soul will be able to do anything for another, and on that Day, the command will belong entirely to Allah.
[13] In the world, there are many kinds of people who have authority over others—for example, kings over their subjects, officers over their subordinates, parents over their children, masters over their servants or slaves—but on that Day, all these authorities will come to an end. No one will dare to utter a word before Allah. On that Day, the command will belong solely and exclusively to Him, and everyone will be compelled to submit to it.
