The Night for Rest:

The night is both cooler and darker compared to the day, and both of these things are necessary for sleep. Even during the day, when a person feels the need to sleep, he seeks out a dark corner. He covers his eyes with a cloth, and often at night as well, he covers himself with a cloth for the same purpose, so that he may enjoy deep sleep.
