لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ ﴿37﴾
To any of you that chooses to go forward (by working righteous deeds), or to remain behind (by committing sins).

37. 1. That is, this is the Hell that warns, or by "warner" is meant the Noble Prophet ﷺ, or the Quran itself, in terms of the warnings and promises it describes, is a warner for mankind. And one should advance in faith and obedience or withdraw from it; the meaning is that the warning is for everyone, whether he believes or disbelieves.
