Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 15 to 20) {اَلَمْ تَرَوْا كَيْفَ خَلَقَ اللّٰهُ … :} After drawing the attention of his people to the arguments of monotheism and the Hereafter in their own creation, Noah (peace be upon him) invited them to reflect on those things which Allah Almighty has created around them for their needs. He said, have you not considered how Allah Almighty created seven heavens one above another, the moon that spreads light among them, and the burning lamp, that is, the sun? He made the earth soft like a bed and, for your convenience, made valleys and wide paths in it. All this arrangement is proof that Allah Almighty did not create all this in vain or without purpose; rather, just as He created you from the earth the first time, in the same way, after burying you in the earth, He will resurrect you again. Besides this, all these things you need have been created by Allah Almighty; your false deities have not created anything at all, so how did you consider both equal?

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
