(Ayah 75) ➊ { اَتَعْلَمُوْنَ اَنَّ صٰلِحًا مُّرْسَلٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖ:} Their asking this was to express their arrogance and mockery.
{ اِنَّا بِمَاۤ اُرْسِلَ بِهٖ مُؤْمِنُوْنَ:} That is, we not only believe in their being a Messenger, but we also believe in the authenticity of every single command given by them.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

75. 1. That is, the call to monotheism which he has brought, since it is the voice of nature, we have believed in it. As for the matter of whether Salih is truly a messenger of Allah? This was their question, but these believers did not even resist it because, for them, his being a messenger from Allah was not even worth debating. In their view, his messengership was an established reality and truth. Just as it actually was.
