Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 52){ وَلَقَدْجِئْنٰهُمْبِكِتٰبٍ …… :} That is, these disbelievers cannot make the excuse that they were unaware, because We sent this Book to them and explained everything clearly, and it is not Our way to punish without delivering the message. He said: «وَمَاكُنَّامُعَذِّبِيْنَحَتّٰىنَبْعَثَرَسُوْلًا »[ بنی إسرائیل : ۱۵ ] "And We never punish until We send a messenger."
Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan — Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf
Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
52. 1. Allah Almighty is saying this in regard to the people of Hell, that We had sent such a Book according to Our perfect knowledge in which everything was explained in detail. These people did not benefit from it, so it is their misfortune; otherwise, those who believed in this Book benefited from guidance and the mercy of Allah. It is as if We had made arrangements according to (وَمَاكُنَّامُعَذِّبِيْنَحَتّٰىنَبْعَثَرَسُوْلًا) 17. Al-Isra:15) "We do not punish until We have sent a Messenger and completed the proof."
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
52. And We have certainly brought them a Book which We have explained in detail with knowledge [51]—a guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
[51] How is the Book of Allah a Mercy:
That is, based on Our knowledge, We have informed that the outcome of the righteous will be such, and that of the wicked will be such. The Day of the Hereafter is also certain, and every deed will definitely receive its reward or punishment. The wicked are afflicted with punishment even in this world, and in the Hereafter, punishment is certain. In short, every kind of detail is mentioned in this Book. However, only those people benefit from this Book who believe in it. As soon as they believe, a pleasant change begins in their lives. Their morals are refined; they begin to benefit others and think about their well-being. Their lives become extremely responsible lives, and then their Hereafter is also improved. In this way, this Book proves to be guidance and mercy for them in their worldly life as well as in the Hereafter.
