[18] Sultaniyyah: The word "sultan" is also used in the sense of kingship and authority. In this case, it refers to the territory that is under the control of a person, institution, or ruler.
There Are Two Fundamental Sins from Which All Other Sins Emerge:

Their common form is that people should show sympathy to one another, help each other in times of hardship, and provide financial assistance. But this person was so miserly that not only did he not help anyone, he did not even encourage others to help the needy or urge them to feed the hungry.
