ذَٰلِكَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ أَنزَلَهُۥٓ إِلَيْكُمْ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُۥٓ أَجْرًا ﴿5﴾
That is the Command of Allâh, which He has sent down to you; and whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will expiate from him his sins, and will enlarge his reward.
ذَٰلِكَ dhālika That
أَمْرُ amru (is the) Command
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi (of) Allah
أَنزَلَهُۥٓ anzalahu which He has sent down
إِلَيْكُمْ ۚ ilaykum to you
وَمَن waman and whoever
يَتَّقِ yattaqi fears
ٱللَّهَ l-laha Allah
يُكَفِّرْ yukaffir He will remove
عَنْهُ ʿanhu from him
سَيِّـَٔاتِهِۦ sayyiātihi his evil deeds
وَيُعْظِمْ wayuʿ'ẓim and make great
لَهُۥٓ lahu for him
أَجْرًا ajran (his) reward

(Ayah 5) ➊ {ذٰلِكَ اَمْرُ اللّٰهِ اَنْزَلَهٗۤ اِلَيْكُمْ :} The purpose here is to emphasize the importance of the rulings regarding divorce and waiting period (iddah).
{ وَ مَنْ يَّتَّقِ اللّٰهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّاٰتِهٖ …:} In this surah, Allah Almighty has mentioned five benefits of taqwa: the first benefit is that Allah will make a way out for him from difficulties; the second is that He will provide him sustenance from where he does not expect; the third is that He will create ease for him in his affairs; the fourth is that He will forgive his sins; and the fifth is that He will grant him a great reward.
