Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 13) {وَاُخْرٰىتُحِبُّوْنَهَا …: ’’ اُخْرٰى ‘‘} is the adjective of a deleted noun, the attribute of {’’نِعْمَةٌ‘‘}, which is the subject; its predicate is {’’لَكُمْ‘‘}, which is deleted: {’’أَيْوَلَكُمْنِعْمَةٌأُخْرٰي‘‘} that is, besides forgiveness of sins and entry into Paradise, there is another blessing {’’ نَصْرٌمِّنَاللّٰهِوَفَتْحٌقَرِيْبٌ ‘‘} for you which you like. By mentioning worldly blessings along with the blessings of the Hereafter, encouragement for jihad has been given; although victory and success in this world are indeed great blessings from Allah Almighty, they are not the main objective for a believer. That is why, even though it is attained first, it is mentioned later, and the blessings attained in the Hereafter are mentioned first. Allah Almighty fulfilled this promise of His help and near victory to the believers, so that Makkah was conquered in the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), then the entire Arabian Peninsula was cleansed of polytheists. After that, in such a short period, the flag of Islam began to wave over the whole world, the like of which is not found in history; thus, the Muslims became the rulers of the empires of Caesar and Chosroes, and they managed the affairs of the state in such an excellent manner that even the enemies acknowledged its excellence.

The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
13. 1. That is, when you fight in His path and help His religion, then He will also grant you victory and support. "ان تنصروا اللہ ینصرکم ویثبت اقدامکم" (Surah Muhammad) "ولینصرن اللہ من ینصرہ ان اللہ لقوی عزیز" (Al-Hajj) In comparison to the blessings of the Hereafter, He called this victory near, and by this is meant the conquest of Makkah, and some have considered the dominance of Muslims over the great empires of Persia and Rome as its application, which was achieved by the Muslims during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphate.
13. 2. Of Paradise as well, after death, and of victory and support as well, in this world, provided that the believers continue to fulfill the requirements of faith. "وَاَنْتُمُالْاَعْلَوْنَاِنْكُنْتُمْمُّؤْمِنِيْنَ" (3:139) Ahead, Allah Almighty is further encouraging the believers to support His religion.
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani

And (He will grant you) another thing that you love: help from Allah and a near victory [14]. So give glad tidings [15] to the believers.
[14] Allah Almighty first mentioned the blessings of the Hereafter, from which it is clear that ⑰ the real and lasting blessings are those. Apart from them, there is another, a third blessing which is related to this world. It is mentioned afterwards. And it is preferable in the sense that, by nature, a person prefers something immediate. And that blessing is the conquest of Makkah, which will soon be achieved by Allah’s help. Thus, this bargain of the believers with Allah is beneficial and fruitful in every respect. In this world, victory is achieved, spoils of war and other gains are obtained, honor is attained, and spiritual joy is gained from the victory of Islam. And the benefits that will be obtained in the Hereafter are far greater than all these. [15] That is, the glad tidings of this help and near victory is, in itself, an independent reward.
