وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ ﴿27﴾
And the Face of your Lord full of Majesty and Honour will remain forever.
وَيَبْقَىٰ wayabqā But will remain
وَجْهُ wajhu (the) Face
رَبِّكَ rabbika (of) your Lord

The meaning of {وَ يَبْقٰى وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلٰلِ وَ الْاِكْرَامِ: ’’ الْجَلٰلِ ‘‘} is greatness and majesty, and {’’ الْاِكْرَامِ ‘‘ ’’أَكْرَمَ يُكْرِمُ ‘‘} is a verbal noun (masdar) of (af‘aal). One meaning of Allah Almighty being {’’ذُوالإِْكْرَامِ‘‘} is that He alone is the giver of honor, no one else, as He said: «وَ مَنْ يُّهِنِ اللّٰهُ فَمَا لَهٗ مِنْ مُّكْرِمٍ » [ الحج : ۱۸ ] "And whomever Allah humiliates, then there is no one to give him honor." And the second meaning is that it is His right to be honored; His servants honor Him through His oneness, glorification, and worship.

27. Only the Face of your Lord, full of Majesty and Honor, will remain [18].

Everything is Perishable; the Exception is Only for Allah:

That is, whatever is created is contingent, and only Allah’s Essence is eternal. Whatever has been made, whether it is inanimate, will inevitably cease to function one day, become ruined, destroyed, and perish. And whatever is living will also certainly face death. Only Allah’s Essence and Attributes are eternal and everlasting. Therefore, nothing except them will remain. By Allah’s Attributes are meant, for example, the Speech of Allah or the Quran, or the Preserved Tablet, and the books of deeds, etc. As for the angels, especially the bearers of the Throne, Allah knows best about them, because in several places in the Quran, angels attribute their speech to Allah. For example, when Jibreel came before Lady Maryam and said ﴿لِاَهَبَ لَكِ غُلٰمًا زَكِيًّا﴾ [22:19], even though granting a child or offspring is an attribute and act of Allah, not of the angels.
