فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٍ ﴿54﴾
So turn away (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from them (Quraish pagans), you are not blame-worthy (as you have conveyed Allâh’s Message).
فَتَوَلَّ fatawalla So turn away
عَنْهُمْ ʿanhum from them
فَمَآ famā for not
أَنتَ anta you
بِمَلُومٍۢ bimalūmin (are) to be blamed

(Ayah 54){ فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَاۤ اَنْتَ بِمَلُوْمٍ:} That is, when they persist in their rebellion and, despite the truth being made clear, are not prepared to accept it, then it is not your responsibility to keep pursuing them.
