Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 10){ قُتِلَ الْخَرّٰصُوْنَ: ’’خَرَصَ يَخْرُصُ خَرْصًا‘‘} (N) To estimate, to guess, as He said: « اِنْ هُمْ اِلَّا يَخْرُصُوْنَ» [ الزخرف : ۲۰ ] "They are only guessing." {’’خَرَّاصٌ‘‘} is an intensive form, meaning one who guesses a lot. The disbelievers do not have the light of heavenly guidance, so they are deprived of knowledge and certainty; all their reliance is on conjecture, estimation, and suspicion. Thus, the foundation of shirk is entirely based on conjecture and assumptions (see Najm: 23, 28), and the denial of the Resurrection is also merely based on guessing and estimation. Obviously, the outcome of guessing and estimation is nothing but destruction, so it is said: those who guess were destroyed.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

10. Woe to those who make conjectures [5].

Denial of the Hereafter is Without Evidence and Merely Based on Speculation and Guesswork:

That is, those who deny the belief in the Hereafter have no scholarly foundation. Knowledge of the Hereafter cannot be attained by human observation, nor through sensory perception and understanding. The only scholarly statement that can be made about it is that both possibilities—its occurrence and non-occurrence—exist. There are, however, many arguments in support of the establishment of the Hereafter. This has been the teaching of all prophets and heavenly scriptures, and the system of the universe itself is a strong proof of it. So why not accept the possibility that is supported by countless arguments? And if there is no evidence for its non-existence, then it clearly means that their denial is nothing but mere conjecture and assumption.
