Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 21) ➊ {يٰقَوْمِادْخُلُواالْاَرْضَالْمُقَدَّسَةَ ……:} By this is meant Shaam; Palestine (Canaan) is the name of one of its regions, because it was from here that the Children of Israel went to Egypt, and this was their ancestral inheritance which Allah Almighty had decreed for them. There are explicit statements of this promise in the Torah: "See, I have set the land before you; go in and possess the land which the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give to them and to their descendants after them." (Deuteronomy, Chapter: 8) ➋ This address of Musa (peace be upon him) to the Children of Israel was at the time when, after leaving Egypt, they were encamped in the Sinai Peninsula and manna and quails were being sent down upon them. (Ibn Kathir)

Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
21. 1 The ancestral home of the Israelites’ forefather, Hazrat Yaqub (Jacob) ؑ, was Bayt al-Maqdis. However, during the time of Hazrat Yusuf’s (Joseph) ؑ governorship in Egypt, these people migrated to Egypt and settled there, and remained in Egypt from then on until Musa (Moses) ؑ led them out of Egypt overnight (secretly from Pharaoh). At that time, Bayt al-Maqdis was under the rule of the Amalekites, who were a brave nation. When Hazrat Musa ؑ resolved to resettle in Bayt al-Maqdis, it was necessary to wage jihad against the occupying Amalekites for this purpose. Thus, Hazrat Musa ؑ commanded his people to enter this sacred land and also gave them glad tidings of divine help. Despite this, the Israelites were not willing to fight the Amalekites (Ibn Kathir).
21. 2 This refers to the same victory and help that Allah Almighty had promised them in the case of jihad.
21. 3 That is, do not turn away from jihad.
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani

It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
21. "O my people! Enter the holy [52] land which Allah has destined for you, and do not turn back, or you will return as losers."
[52] The Delegation Sent to Inquire About the Condition of Palestine:
When Pharaoh was drowned in the Red Sea and the Children of Israel crossed over, this migration was directed towards their ancestral homeland, Palestine, which had been the center of preaching for Sayyiduna Ibrahim, Sayyiduna Ishaq, and Sayyiduna Yaqub (peace be upon them) and others. Allah Almighty informed Musa (peace be upon him) through revelation that he should take these emigrants with him and launch an attack on Palestine, and Allah Almighty would grant victory to the Children of Israel, thus returning their ancestral homeland to them. Accordingly, Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him) encouraged them towards jihad and also gave them glad tidings of victory and help from Allah Almighty. However, these people thought that first they should become fully aware of the current conditions in Palestine, only then could they consider any matter of war. Thus, they themselves camped in the wilderness of Paran and sent twelve men from among themselves to assess the political situation of Palestine. When Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him) sent these people, he emphasized that whatever the circumstances, they should come and inform only him, and not publicize it before everyone.
