وَلِكُلٍّ دَرَجَـٰتٌ مِّمَّا عَمِلُوا۟ ۖ وَلِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ ﴿19﴾
And for all, there will be degrees according to that which they did, that He (Allâh) may recompense them in full for their deeds. And they will not be wronged.
وَلِكُلٍّۢ walikullin And for all
دَرَجَـٰتٌۭ darajātun (are) degrees
مِّمَّا mimmā for what
عَمِلُوا۟ ۖ ʿamilū they did
وَلِيُوَفِّيَهُمْ waliyuwaffiyahum and that He may fully compensate them
أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ aʿmālahum (for) their deeds
وَهُمْ wahum and they
لَا will not be wronged
يُظْلَمُونَ yuẓ'lamūna will not be wronged

(Ayah 19) {وَ لِكُلٍّ دَرَجٰتٌ مِّمَّا عَمِلُوْا … :} The purpose of this verse is to emphasize the previous subject, that is, everyone, whether believer or disbeliever, will be rewarded or punished according to their deeds. It will not happen that the sins which they have not committed are imposed upon the wicked, nor will the righteous be deprived of their good deeds. Note that here the word {’’ دَرَجٰتٌ ‘‘} is used for both believers and disbelievers by way of predominance, otherwise, in reality, the levels of Paradise are called "darajat" and the levels of Hell are called "darakāt," just as it is mentioned regarding the hypocrites in {’’ فِي الدَّرْكِ الْاَسْفَلِ مِنَ النَّارِ ‘‘}. 19. 1. Both the believer and the disbeliever will have their rank with Allah according to their deeds. Believers will be honored with the highest ranks, and disbelievers will be in the lowest levels of Hell. 19. 1. The sinner will not be punished more than his crime, and the reward of the righteous will not be diminished. Rather, everyone will receive from good or evil only that which he is deserving of.

19. For each (of these two types of people) there will be ranks according to their deeds, so that Allah may fully recompense them for their actions, and they will not be wronged. [30]

[30] The forms of injustice towards the righteous are that they are not given the reward for their deeds, or that they are given less. And the forms of injustice towards the criminals are that they are given a punishment greater than their crime, or that the criminals are let go without punishment. In short, no form of injustice will be possible there.
