إِنَّا جَعَلْنَـٰهُ قُرْءَٰنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَّعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿3﴾
Verily, We have made it a Qur’ân in Arabic that you may be able to understand (its meanings and its admonitions).
إِنَّا innā Indeed, We

3. We have made it a Quran in Arabic [2] so that you may understand.

[2] This has two meanings: one is that you may find it easy to understand its subjects and meanings. You speak the Arabic language, and the Quran was revealed in Arabic so that you would not face any difficulty in understanding it. The second meaning is that if you use even a little intellect and reflection, and ponder over its eloquent style, its clarity and eloquence, its impact, and the wisdom of its rulings, you will realize by yourself that this speech cannot be the speech of any human.
