وَلَمَنِ ٱنتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهِۦ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ مَا عَلَيْهِم مِّن سَبِيلٍ ﴿41﴾
And indeed whosoever takes revenge after he has suffered wrong, for such there is no way (of blame) against them.
وَلَمَنِ walamani And surely whosoever
ٱنتَصَرَ intaṣara defends himself
بَعْدَ baʿda after
ظُلْمِهِۦ ẓul'mihi he has been wronged
فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ fa-ulāika then those
مَا not
عَلَيْهِم ʿalayhim (is) against them
مِّن min any
سَبِيلٍ sabīlin way

(Ayah 41) {وَ لَمَنِ انْتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهٖ …:} That is, if the oppressed takes retribution from the oppressor, then there is no blame or reproach upon him, because he has taken his right, he has not committed any excess, provided that he takes only as much retribution as the oppression done to him.
