36. 2. And the One who is such—that is, the One who hears everyone and knows everything—only He can grant refuge to those who seek it. After this, some of those signs are being mentioned again which indicate Allah’s Oneness, His perfect power, and His authority over all things.

Becoming Inflamed with Anger Over Evil is a Satanic Instigation:
That is, when someone commits an evil act and a person becomes inflamed with anger and becomes ready to take revenge, he should understand that this is a satanic instigation. Satan teaches him that such humiliation should never be tolerated. Then he incites him to take revenge. When such a situation arises, immediately turn to Allah and seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, who was the instigator of this matter. Because Allah is watching the movements and actions of your enemies and is well aware of your conditions, therefore He Himself will make arrangements for your remedy.

The Cure for Anger:
Sayyiduna Sulaiman bin Surad ؓ says that once two men abused each other in the presence of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and one of them became so angry that his face swelled and his color changed. The Prophet ﷺ said: "I know a word; if the angry person says that word, his anger will go away." Another person went to him and informed him of what the Prophet ﷺ had said and said: "Seek refuge with Allah from Satan." He replied, "Do you think I am mad or that I have some disease?" [بخاری۔ کتاب الادب۔ باب ما ینہی من السباب واللعن]
Whereas this very answer is a sign of madness. In anger, emotions overpower a person's intellect, and the intellect departs, and a madman is also called one who has no intellect. As for the question of what that word is, the answer is that he should seek refuge with Allah or say ﴿أعُوْذُ باللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيطْنِ الرَّجِيْمِ﴾.
