إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَحَقٌّ تَخَاصُمُ أَهْلِ ٱلنَّارِ ﴿64﴾
Verily, that is the very truth - the mutual dispute of the people of the Fire!
إِنَّ inna Indeed

لَحَقٌّۭ laḥaqqun (is) surely (the) truth
تَخَاصُمُ takhāṣumu (the) quarreling
أَهْلِ ahli (of the) people
ٱلنَّارِ l-nāri (of) the Fire

(Ayah 64){ اِنَّ ذٰلِكَ لَحَقٌّ … :} That is, although it may be difficult for you to understand that in such severe punishment and chaos they will argue with each other, but listen! It is absolutely true that those burning in the Fire will argue fiercely with each other, and this too will be a part of their punishment.

Indeed, this is certainly true: the people of the Fire will dispute [64] with one another in this way.

[64] Although the terrors of the Day of Judgment will be so severe that no one will even be able to pay attention to another, it is nevertheless certain that the people of Hell will blame each other and will be quarreling among themselves. There will be two types of people: one group will be the prominent ones, including rulers, political leaders, chieftains, wealthy people, false religious leaders, and every such person who, in one way or another, was obeyed in opposition to Allah in the world; and the other group will be the weak or follower-type people who continued to obey, even worship, their leaders.
