Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 15) {وَمَايَنْظُرُهٰۤؤُلَآءِاِلَّاصَيْحَةً …:’’ يَنْظُرُ ‘‘} here is in the meaning of {’’يَنْتَظِرُ‘‘}. By {’’ صَيْحَةًوَّاحِدَةً ‘‘} (a severe cry) is meant the sound produced by the second blowing of the trumpet, because for the first blowing, no one waits to remain alive or present. {’’ فَوَاقٍ ‘‘ مَابَيْنَالْحَلْبَتَيْنِمِنَالْوَقْتِأَوْمَابَيْنَفَتْحِيَدِكَوَقَبْضِهَاعَلَيالضَّرْعِ‘‘} (Qamus) "The interval between two milkings or the interval between grasping and releasing the udder while milking." The intended meaning is a short interval. The meaning is that those who deny the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) are only waiting for a severe cry, which, once it begins, will have no interval until all people are resurrected and presented before Allah. It is said: « اِنْكَانَتْاِلَّاصَيْحَةًوَّاحِدَةًفَاِذَاهُمْجَمِيْعٌلَّدَيْنَامُحْضَرُوْنَ »[ یٰسٓ : ۵۳ ] "It will be but a single cry, then suddenly they will all be brought before Us." In this, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) is given reassurance.

Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

15. They are only awaiting a single blast, for which there will be no delay [17].
[17] The Literal Meaning of "Fawāq":
Fawāq originally refers to the interval between squeezing a cow's udder once and squeezing it again while milking. From this, it is taken to mean an extremely short period. In this regard, this verse can have two meanings. One is that when this blast or thunder occurs, it will continue without interruption until all the criminals are laid low, and there will not be even the slightest pause in it. The second meaning is that a single blast will be enough to destroy them; there will be no need or occasion for a second one.
