Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Two Types of Evidence for the Establishment of a Claim: Eyewitness Testimony and Transmitted Proof:

To establish any claim, only two types of evidence can be used. One is eyewitness testimony, regarding which Allah Almighty asked the polytheists of Arabia: When We created the angels, were you present at that time and did you see that they were created as females? Obviously, the polytheists of Arabia had no answer to this, and the reality is that there is no distinction of male or female among the angels. The second type of evidence can be transmitted proof, meaning that it is written in some heavenly book that Allah Almighty created the angels as females and that they are His daughters. If the polytheists of Arabia cannot present any such writing, then it clearly means that their beliefs are fabricated, baseless, and false.
