Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 59) {وَامْتَازُواالْيَوْمَاَيُّهَاالْمُجْرِمُوْنَ :} After mentioning the complete honor of the people of Paradise and the greeting of peace from the Most Merciful Lord, it is stated what will be said to the people of Hell, that is, it will be said to them: O criminals! Separate yourselves from the people of Paradise. Indeed, in the world you were together, but today you have no connection with them. Thus, the Jews, Christians, Magians, and polytheists will all be separated (see Yunus: 28; Rum: 14 to 16), and everyone will follow what they used to worship, only the monotheists will remain. See the commentary of Surah Qalam, Ayah (42) « يَوْمَيُكْشَفُعَنْسَاقٍ ».

59. 1. That is, stand apart from the believers. That is, on the Day of Resurrection, the people of faith and obedience and the people of disbelief and disobedience will be separated from each other. Another meaning is that the criminals themselves will be separated into different groups. For example, the group of Jews, the group of Christians, the group of Sabians and Magians, the group of adulterers, the group of drunkards, and so on.

The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
59. And [it will be said], "O you criminals! Today, you are to be separated [54]."
[54] This can have two meanings: one is that in the world, sinners and the obedient live together, and it is possible that a father is a sinner and the son is obedient to Allah, and they live in the same place. That will not be the case there. There, no consideration will be given to lineage. Rather, the sinners will be commanded to separate themselves from the obedient servants of Allah, and those whom they used to mock in the world will themselves see what kinds of blessings and comforts are provided to them today. The second meaning could be: O group of sinners! Do not remain together, but stand apart from each other, because each of you will be individually and thoroughly questioned.
