Rather, the One Who has revealed it is the Sovereign of the universe, Who is dominant over all, and has the power to enforce His decisions. And He is Merciful in the sense that He has shown great kindness to you by sending this Quran and this Prophet for your guidance, so that you may be saved from misguidance and attain success in this world and the Hereafter.
