Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 7) {وَقَالَالَّذِيْنَكَفَرُوْاهَلْنَدُلُّكُمْ … :} After mentioning the people of knowledge, the statement of the disbelievers is mentioned, that they referred to the personality of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, whose fame needs no description, in a contemptuous manner by calling him "a man." That is, they said to the people, shall we inform you of "a man" who tells you that when you are shattered into pieces and scattered, then you will be brought to life again with a new creation.

7. 1 This is the statement of the deniers of the Hereafter in contrast to the believers, which they said to each other among themselves. 7. 2 By this is meant Muhammad ﷺ, who came to them as Allah’s Prophet. 7. 3 That is, strange and astonishing news, an incomprehensible report. 7. 4 That is, after you die and are crumbled into pieces and mixed with the dust, when your apparent existence disappears, you will be resurrected from the graves and you will be given the same form and appearance as you had before—this conversation they held among themselves in mockery and ridicule.

It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
And the disbelievers say to one another, "Shall we show you a man who tells you that when you have been utterly disintegrated [9], you will be created anew?"
[9] That is, people of knowledge and wisdom believe in Allah’s signs, the concept of the Hereafter, the resurrection of human beings, the accountability before Allah, and the recompense for good and bad deeds with such conviction as if they are seeing all of this with their own eyes. Disbelievers, by mocking Allah’s signs, can mislead stubborn, obstinate, and ignorant people, but people of knowledge cannot be deceived by their trickery.
