➋ The meaning of { وَ كَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ حَسِيْبًا : ’’ حَسِيْبًا ‘‘} is both “the One who takes account” and “the One who is sufficient,” as He said: «{ حَسْبِيَ اللّٰهُ }» [التوبۃ : ۱۲۹ ] “Allah alone is sufficient for me.” In the first sense, the meaning is that the reason for fearing Him alone is that He alone takes account of every small and great deed, and for this reckoning, He alone is sufficient; He needs no helper. In the second sense, the meaning is that when His servants convey His message, Allah alone is sufficient to help and support them against enemies and opponents.
➌ These verses refute taqiyyah, because Allah’s messengers convey His message to the people clearly, without considering anyone’s fear, nor do they hide it out of fear of anyone. In this matter, our noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is the leader of all. He conveyed Allah’s message to all the children of Adam in the east and west, until Allah made his religion prevail over all religions. Then his companions became his best heirs in conveying this message; they conveyed his religion to the whole world with their tongues, their hands, and their swords. They conveyed all his words, actions, and states—by night and day, in travel and at home, inside and outside—to the Ummah. After that, people of every era continued to convey this message. If any of them had adopted taqiyyah out of fear, how would Allah’s religion have reached us, and how would it remain until the Day of Resurrection? May Allah, by His grace, grant us the ability to be included among them.

That is, He is present everywhere according to His knowledge and power, therefore He is sufficient to help His servants, and in the difficulties that befell them in the propagation and invitation of Allah's religion, He would provide a way out and protect them from the evil intentions and conspiracies of the enemies.

[63] There is absolutely no need to fear being questioned. And the second meaning is that in the face of all kinds of dangers and troubles, Allah is sufficient.
