53-2. That is, these are the ones who, upon hearing, bring faith, because they are people of reflection and contemplation, and they attain recognition of the True Cause from the signs of power.
53-3. That is, those who bow their heads in submission before the truth and are its followers.

53. And nor can you guide the blind out of their misguidance. You can only make those hear who believe in Our verses [58] and they submit .
