Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

➊ These two verses are also evidence for Allah Almighty being « عَزِيْزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامِ », and also for the claim of the surah « اللّٰهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ ». Here, it was first stated that Allah Almighty has knowledge of every big and small, apparent and hidden thing in the heavens and the earth, even though He is above the exalted Throne, and then it was indicated that ‘Isa (peace be upon him) is a servant of Allah Almighty. Just as Allah Almighty created other humans in the womb of their mothers, in the same way He created ‘Isa (peace be upon him) in the womb of his mother as He willed, so how can he be God or the son of God, as is the false belief of the Christians.

{هُوَ الَّذِيْ يُصَوِّرُكُمْ فِي الْاَرْحَامِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ:} meaning male or female, red or black, complete or incomplete, fortunate or unfortunate, even age and provision are written at that very time, as is mentioned in numerous ahadith. [دیکھیے بخاری، بدء الخلق، باب ذکر الملائکۃ : ۳۲۰۸] In the end, the same claim of {”لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ“} was repeated, and further evidence was given that this entire system of the universe is running with the dominance, power, wisdom and sagacity of Him alone; no one else possesses these attributes, so worship is the right of only Him, not of the Messiah, nor his mother, nor anyone else.
